The public consultation period on new proposals for land next to Christchurch Green has been extended to 15 August 2022 due to “positive and high demand,” according to the developers.
Property development and investment company Caerus Development have put forward plans for 24 new flats, a ground floor nursery, spaces for bikes, a playground, and the donation of 50% of the site to public open space.

A ridiculous proposal, an eyesore….. will stick out like a sore thumb, we do not need anymore overpriced shoe box flats, we need a community/police centre, or even for the Evergreen surgery to perhaps, expand… NO MORE FLATS….. !!!!!
